Do you make quiche? I'm having a quick brunch in Oct for my mom's 80th bday at our Hotel there.

I'm sure they can if you give an advance notice.

Do they make gluten free pastry?

Honestly I'm not sure, but they are a locally owned old fashioned bakery so I would doubt it.

Why r they closed already at 8:30 am

Will be open Thursday, July 5th.
